Dr. Dan Finch
Dr. Dan Finch grew up on a small farm in North Central Iowa. He attended the University of Minnesota for undergrad and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for veterinary school. Dr. Finch’s clinic year of veterinary school was complete at the University of Texas A&M. He has worked as a veterinarian in the greater DFW area since 2014. In November of 2022 Dr. Finch and his wife, Lainey, moved to the Sherman area and purchased Animal Health Clinic. Dr. Finch is proud to have a privately-own veterinary clinic that serves and supports the local community. While Dr. Finch enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, he particularly enjoys surgery and dentistry.
Dr. Finch and his wife married in June of 2022. Their family was blessed with a new baby girl, Mary Belle Finch, in December 2023. In his spare time, Dr Finch enjoys hunting, fly fishing and camping. His extended furry family includes a 12 year old Pitbull named Piston and a 5 year old Australian Shephard named Honey.

Miranda Lamb
Veterinarian Technician
Miranda Lamb has been in the animal field for 9 years. She has always had a love for animals since she could remember. Starting as a dog sitter, then moving to the medical field. As a child Miranda love and cared for animals of every species. From small to big. Rescuing and giving them a second chance at life. Starting in general practice and then into Emergency Medicine. While working and going too school full time she paused her schooling to have her 1st born Ivy. Continuing her schooling short after she had her 2nd child Arya. Ivy has a Sphynx named Soochi and Arya has a Scottish fold named Newt. Miranda has 2 huskies, Penelope and Nia, then an American curl named Wynona Ryder. Miranda’s Fiancé Jared has a Bassett Hound named Dukes and a Domestic shorthair named Marley. Miranda co-owns a Pomsky named Marigold, that her niece Kyla has fallen deeply in love with. In her time at home, she loves to spend time with her two daughters Ivy and Arya, and her Fiancé Jared surrounded by their animals dancing in harmony. If Miranda is not at work or at home with her girls, she is out in her mobile dog grooming service. Any spare time Miranda does have she’s at home painting or creating tattoo designs for clients.

My name is Lyndsie and I started working in veterinary medicine as a volunteer at the age of 14 and fell even more in love with the field as I got older. I have been working consistently in veterinary medicine for the past 10 years. I grew up in a small town in Oklahoma on a farm, after graduating from high school I attended Murray State College in the veterinary nursing program. I soon found out I was pregnant and I took a small hiatus to raise my oldest daughter. I have worked in a few different hospitals over the years and have found my home here at Animal Health Clinic. They are my family away from FAMILY. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 5 years, we share two beautiful daughters. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, participating in outdoor activities, traveling, and creating memories with my two girls and husband.

Veta Tupper
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Veta is a Licensed Veterinary Technician with 30 years of Experience.
She Graduated from Murray State College with Associate of Science as a Veterinarian Technician. Veta has worked in a General Practice setting for 27 Years. She also has Extensive knowledge and experience in Emergency Veterinary Medicine of 14 years. She has been a member of the Texas Veterinary Medical Association and National Association of Veterinary Technicians of America for 30 years.
Veta’s mission is dedicated to improving and promoting the professional care of family Pets. In addition to Contributing to Preserving the natural ecosystems of wildlife. Veta cares for and rehabilitates wild life on her time off. Veta has an Australian Shephard named Taco, a Mini boxer named Lexi. She also has 2 Mainecoons, named Freya and Trxie. Her best Rebecca the Raccoon! (As Pictured). Obtaining two new Racoons, Maddie and Susie Q.

Nicole Nunez
Veterinary Technician
Nicole here! I am originally from California and moved to this awesome town in Texas of 2022. I have been working with animals for 7 years and have always had a love for animals. I worked saving animals that were brought to the shelter in California for 4 years, then when I move to Texas I did dog boarding locally. I have 2 dogs; a beagle named LuLu and a chih-weenie named Rex, 2 black cats; named Excalibur and Stella.
I have two Beautiful children, and boy and a girl. I have been working at AHC for 2 years now and I love it! I retained my education while working for Dr. Finch.
